For the first time in my life . . .yes really . . . I got the opportunity to second shoot! I know that typically photographers are second shooters before they become the main photographer, but I'm obviously bound to do it backwards ;)
When Every Little Moment Photography posted that they were in need of a second photographer (because their other awesome photographer was covering Miss American Fork Pageant that same evening), I was eager and willing :) John was gone that weekend any ways, so I might as well go help photograph a wedding :)
I realized how different it is to be a second photographer, I mean not that different, but a little.
It was great because I could try to get those shots that I never can get while so many things are happening at once. Here were some of my favs: (this next picture idea was Sam's - and it turned out awesome!)
This little girl just cracked me up!! So cute!
Shooting the photographer ;) Her pictures really were so beautiful! I'm excited for when she posts hers on the blog.
Loved these next couple of Kibby:
Oooh, one of my favs!
And this one . . . Gorgeous light going on that day! Afternoon weddings get the best light!
Afterwards, they had a dinner and ring exchange at the Joseph Smith Memorial Building. Here are just a few candids that I liked:
It's a custom M&M, and their rings (just in case you weren't sure . . . )
Daddy/ Daughter dance
Loved this next moment with her dad. So tender . . .
The exit:
Congrats Kibby & Colin! It was a beautiful wedding!
Ok, so Sam was smart to get a pic of us both. She was so fun to work with and is an amazing photographer! (Yes, and I need to work on my goofy face - not used to being in front of the camera- I'm on the right)
Again, if you haven't, go check out Every Little Moment Photography! Click here to go to their blog and see their great images! Thanks again for having me come along to tag-team this awesome wedding!!
