Vinylisms - A perfect Mother's Day gift!
Last summer sometime, I did my cousin's family pictures, and I was so excited to see what she finally did with some of them! My cousin, Emily, is a super talented person at making vinylisms which are the wall quotes that you can put on your wall to decorate, or you can put them on mirrors, windows, doors, cars, etc. She has designed some way neat stuff! I finally got one of the vinylisms on my wall to go along with my pictures and I love it!
Well this picture frame she bought at Roberts (and just in case you can't tell . . . the middle part is a mirror).
I thought that this would make the PERFECT Mother's Day gift! Just thought I'd share, since that's coming around the corner here.
Great job Emily! And if you want to see more of her stuff, head on over to
vinylisms.com! (on a side note . . . this design is very new and is not yet on the website, but you can specifically request it of her and she'd be happy to make you one!)

Families and Babies
Here are a few of my favs
Also we did a very mini-session for one of their daughters who is graduating from high school this year.
Ok, so this next one is of my awesome friend who I went to high school with and also was on the basketball team with! She's putting in her mission papers soon! Yeah Amber!
Just a few of the portraits of the other kids. Isn't she just gorgeous!!!
Sister Attack!
Boys vs. Girls
Another cute family and a 7 week old baby. I posted one of my very favs of Baby Brad on my sneak peeks just a couple posts ago.
Gorgeous girl!
Loved this next one:
And this is another newborn who I did a while back now (back in February I believe). Baby Maddison and her parents are just beautiful!
Hope you all enjoyed seeing a few more than just sneek peeks of what I've been working on lately. Now we just have a BUNCH of Engagements coming up!!!

What I've been up to this week . . .
Wow, it's been a busy, yet awesome photography week! Can I just tell you all how much I love the couples/brides that I've been working with lately? LOVE THEM! They all are so up for anything and put so much trust in all my crazy ideas 'cuz they know it's worth it for the picture! Of course the ones I'm showing now aren't too crazy, just the ones that make me go "Aww." I guess I'm in that kind of a mood today as I'm listening to the Walk to Remember soundtrack. I forgot how much I loved the music.
Any ways, after two engagement sessions and a bridal shoot, I've got to start cranking down and getting caught up again. One more engagement session left this month . . . then begins the bridal month. It all seems to come in waves, but I'm definitely looking forward to the warmer weather coming up, and Spring!!! I'm definitely ready for the green to start coming through again in my pictures.
Well I'll stop rambling and let you all enjoy these couple different teasers!
Hope you all have a great day!

Sam & Reagan Engagements
They had so many cute romantic kissing pictures: I just had to share a few.
We stumbled across this way cool blue house!! And lucky enough, Reagan had brought some fun red pants and red shoes! It worked just perfectly! Here's just a few of my favs from the blue house:
My personal fav :)
And this next house is the colors of their wedding! How lucky were we?

Lots of Teasers :)
Well more about these fabulous people that I took pictures of: the first picture just spoke to me with it's tenderness! It was a way fun couple on Saturday, and I'm so excited to be working with them more!
Next picture: Big family! The Dad is a state representative and wanted some pictures of him and his family in front of the Capitol Building. I liked how this one turned out.
Soooo funny! These kids just did this on their own when Mom & new Step-Dad kissed during the ceremony! I seriously was just cracking up!!!
Cute 7 week old baby! I couldn't believe he was so aware of me and seriously followed me with his eyes the whole time! So sweet!
More to come soon!

2 For Tonight . . .
Wow, well this weekend I got hit with the start of a very busy season ahead of me! I think I've been taking things at a nice slower pace recently, but now will need to speeeeeed up! I have some great brides and grooms lined up to work with, and I'm very excited. I hope I can keep up with this blog thing. Lately, I find it much easier to just use the time to finish the editing and return to my customers vs. using the couple hours to blog the pictures. But I'll try to get semi-caught up, or else I'll just need to be more choosy about the pictures I use as sneak peeks (that's soooo hard for me! How do you use 1 picture to define an entire evening of fun photography? I don't know . . .)
Well enjoy these two sneak peeks tonight. I love the different emotions I feel from looking at them.
Happy March!
(Oh yeah, for those of you interested to know, March is currently booked up. April has limited spots already, so I am primarily booking for May now. But I do sometimes make exceptions for newborns and brides if I can, but you'd need to call very soon!)
Have a great day! (or night for me as I am very tired and ready for sleep :)
