Happy Halloween everyone! This afternoon I took Caleb just outside of my house to do some pictures of him in his Pirate costume. Originally, I wanted to do a puppy dog costume because he knows how to bark, but after seeing the pictures that we got, it's a good thing I stuck to the cute pirate costume I found. Caleb was a good grumpy pirate. It wouldn't have been as cute as a grumpy puppy. I have this very first picture's success to thank my brother, Joshua, for helping me get him to smile because this is my one and only smiling picture I got out of my efforts. But pirates aren't always the happiest of people, so maybe Caleb was just keeping character ;)

I really like this next one!
Any ways, have a fun safe Halloween evening! Don't eat too much candy! What did you or your kids dress up as for Halloween??? Make sure to get pictures ;)
Linda and Al wanted to do a session in their amazing backyard! I've had the privilege to photograph in their backyard a couple times so I'm sure you'll recognize some similar stuff. These two have been married for 48 years! They look so amazing for that and still were so cute with one another! Engagement sessions with young, in-love couples are fun, but there is something magical about a couple who have been married for many years who are still very much in love with one another. I think some older couples forget that it's important to capture this time in their lives as well. So I love it when I get the opportunity to capture that! Well enjoy!

I hope I can be, as well as act, as in love with my husband as much as them when I've been married this long :)

Ok, these are finally up! I have never been this behind before! But I've also never been this busy before either! It's been so much fun though!

It was so fun doing this family! They were our neighbors in our first home and when I was pregnant with Caleb. We were both pregnant at the same time, so it's fun now to see us both with our cute little boys! I just loved so many of the pictures we did! Enjoy!
